If I think back to middle school, I remember wanting to play the transverse flute. So I went to my mom and told her that I wanted to start learning this instrument. She looked at me and said: „Well, then you have to decide — transverse flute or riding horses. You won’t have time for both.“

So here we are today – riding horses all day long, braiding manes, cleaning tails, mucking stalls & doing all the other things that come with working with these beautiful animals!

My journey into this thing called training horses probably started when I was still in my mom’s belly, while she was training horses herself. Then, as soon as I could sit, my parents put me on a horse and I went to my first shows in the leadline classes. Through my mom’s work, I learned a lot about the all-around classes as I was growing up. Starting with small EWU shows led me to the German Championships, where my love for Reining began.

In 2019, I won the Youngstars Reining at the German Championships with our homebred gelding Be Full Chex Boy. He was the first horse I trained entirely on my own—of course, with some help from Niklas Ludwig at the time.
In 2020, I competed at my first major NRHA event, the Breeders Derby in Kreuth.
In the years that followed, I showed my beloved Eyes Of Whiz very successfully in the Non-Pro Futurities. Only two years after I began competing in major events, I started working for Ludwig Quarter Horses and officially became a professional.
